Pricing Database
Import your Price Book XLSX (full workbook — the importer reads the Retail Price Sheet and resolves Unique door prices automatically) or the Cost Items Database CSV from CF.
Only items with a retail price are loaded — "Other-*" catch-all items are always included.
Items with cost codes Foundation and Deck Finishes are flagged as subcontracted and excluded from in-house productivity calculations.

Contractor Foreman Import
Drop any CF report — Projects, Estimates, Invoices, Payments, or SOV. Auto-detected by column headers — filename and number don't matter.
Recommended order: Projects → SOV → Invoices → Payments → Estimates.
Estimates: photos are auto-fetched if CF links are CORS-accessible (usually not). Use the + button in the detail view to upload photos manually — they're stored locally.
Cost Items Database: import your pricing CSV on the Pricing tab — it uses a separate importer.
Archive rule: Canceled jobs and jobs completed before Mar 16 2026 are silently archived.
Recommended order: Projects → SOV → Invoices → Payments → Estimates.

Data Backup & Restore
Backup exports all your data (projects, permits, customers, estimates, pricing, activity) to a JSON file you can save locally.
Restore re-imports a backup file — it will overwrite current data, so backup first if unsure.
Photos are stored separately and are not included in the backup due to size — back them up by exporting individually if needed.
